Due to objective uncontrollable factors including different display device resolutions, shooting light angles, seasonal growth changes of live plants, and minor manual measurement deviations, subtle color differences, size errors, and leaf state differences may exist between online displays and physical products. Such minor discrepancies do not constitute product quality defects or platform liability for breach of promise. We reserve the right to adjust product prices, inventory status, seasonal product varieties, and specifications in real time according to market and seasonal planting needs without prior user notification.
Users guarantee that all orders placed on the platform are for personal gardening use, outdoor decorative arrangement, or legal small-scale commercial procurement, and promise not to use this platform for illegal transactions, malicious order brushing, fraudulent purchases, malicious inventory hoarding, and other improper behaviors. We have the independent right to identify abnormal transaction behaviors, and may cancel invalid unconfirmed orders, high-risk abnormal orders, and malicious orders without prior notice, while refusing to provide subsequent services for rule-breaking users.
